Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during holidays, supplier delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, carrier, supplier fulfillment timing, and factors outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.
Multiple shipments
If your order includes items from more than one supplier, items may ship separately and may arrive on different dates.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Nailora is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
