Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care and beauty products may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at primediscoveriesplace@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, final sale items, or items that are opened or used and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
